For the Androscoggin River at Brookfield Renewable Power's Pontook Dam, Dummer NH:

Flows have now exceeded station discharge capabilities and spill gates are now in use. River activities are extremely dangerous and unwise. Do not venture into the river until flows have receded.

At 12:37 PM today the total flow below the dam was 2820 CFS

The following forecast for flows below the dam is based on the most recent load forecast from the New England Independent System operator which schedules and dispatches generation throughout the region:
Until 11:59 PM Wed MAY 02, 3,000 CFS

All published real-time flows are approximate. Actual flows can change quickly at any time. Flows can differ from this site's established schedule for reasons beyond the company's control including regional energy demand and clearing price, system operating conditions, equipment failures and weather. Always be alert and wear an approved flotation device. Never go in or near the water until you know and accept the risks you are assuming by being in this area!

Phone users please note that the recreational release schedule for this site is published on the Waterline web site at h2oline.com.
