For the Penobscot River Upper West Branch at Brookfield Renewable Power's Ragged Lake Dam, in ME: Flows have now exceeded station discharge capabilities and spill gates are now in use. River activities are extremely dangerous and unwise. Do not venture into the river until flows have receded.
